T-Mobile’s 5G Network to Power Comcast and Charter Business Wireless Services

T-Mobile has announced a multi-year exclusive agreement with cable giants Comcast and Charter Communications, under which T-Mobile’s advanced 5G network will power mobile services for their business customers across the United States. The new service is slated to launch in 2026.

This significant partnership will see Comcast and Charter leverage T-Mobile’s robust mobile network through a long-term Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) relationship. T-Mobile, with over two decades of experience in providing wireless services to MVNOs, will now focus on delivering wholesale mobile connectivity specifically to the business clientele of Charter and Comcast.

The collaboration is expected to provide businesses with enhanced connectivity options, leveraging the speed and reliability of T-Mobile’s extensive 5G network. This move allows Comcast and Charter to expand their offerings beyond traditional broadband services and compete more effectively in the mobile business segment.

“This exclusive agreement underscores the strength and reach of our 5G network,” stated a representative from T-Mobile. “We are excited to partner with Comcast and Charter to extend our leading mobile capabilities to their vast business customer base, enabling them to offer seamless and high-performance wireless solutions.”

A spokesperson from Comcast/Charter highlighted the strategic benefits of the partnership. “By collaborating with T-Mobile, we are enhancing our ability to provide comprehensive and competitive mobile services to our business clients,” they commented. “This agreement will allow us to deliver the advanced connectivity that modern businesses demand, leveraging T-Mobile’s proven network infrastructure.”

The partnership is poised to reshape the business connectivity landscape, offering a compelling blend of fixed and mobile services to enterprises nationwide.
