Swiggy Unveils Pyng – A Smart New Gateway to Verified Experts Across 100+ Fields

“In a world where time slips through fingers like sand, the need for trustworthy guidance becomes not a luxury, but a necessity.”

Swiggy, the renowned player in the realms of food delivery and instant commerce, has now stepped into the world of professional services with the soft yet powerful launch of Pyng, an intelligent AI-driven platform designed to bring consumers face-to-face with trusted professionals. With over 100+ specialised categories on offer, Pyng is already live and serving the city of Bengaluru under the name Pyng Now.

This thoughtful addition marks a fresh chapter in Swiggy’s expanding digital universe. Whether you’re looking for a financial advisor, yoga trainer, travel expert, event planner, or even a spiritual guide, Pyng ensures access to verified professionals, all wrapped in the promise of a money-back guarantee if the user feels the service didn’t deliver value.

Going live earlier this January, Pyng was created to respond to a growing societal shift—where individuals are increasingly seeking expert advice to simplify and enrich their fast-paced lives. Swiggy’s Co-founder and Head of Innovation, Nandan Reddy, put it beautifully:

“As our lives become increasingly fast-paced, the demand for professional assistance—from tax planners and counsellors to yoga trainers—is growing across both personal and professional spheres. With Pyng, we’re offering a reliable, spam-free platform where users can connect with trusted experts.”

This isn’t Swiggy’s first foray into diversifying its digital bouquet. March witnessed the rollout of Assure, a B2B solution for restaurants to source supplies, setting the stage for a new rivalry with Zomato’s Hyperpure. Meanwhile, the company has also segmented its offerings with independent apps, such as Swiggy Instamart, strengthening its ‘house of brands/apps’ strategy. Among these is also Snacc, another innovative creation that caters to cravings with lightning-fast delivery of breakfast, beverages, snacks, and light meals—featuring mostly unbranded selections, save for a few curated names like Blue Tokai and The Whole Truth.

Swiggy’s Pyng stands not only as an app but as a symbol of convenience—a digital companion guiding users to real humans with real answers. From well-being to wisdom, from logistics to life choices, Pyng is set to reimagine how services are found and trusted.

The journey of Pyng has only just begun, and in the silicon soul of Bengaluru, it already whispers a promise of something more human in a world driven by code.
