Swiggy Instamart has joined hands with Reliance Jio to deliver Jio mobile phones within 10 minutes across 95 cities in India. As part of this new collaboration, two budget-friendly Jio phones — the JioBharat V4 and JioPhone Prima 2 — will now be available through the quick commerce platform.
The JioBharat V4 is a 4G feature phone priced at Rs 799. It is designed for first-time users looking for basic digital connectivity. The device supports UPI payments via JioPay, offers access to over 455 live TV channels including live sports, and comes with a 1000mAh battery.
The JioPhone Prima 2, priced at Rs 2,799, comes with more advanced features such as YouTube, Facebook, Google Voice Assistant, and JioTV. It has 512MB RAM, a 2000mAh battery, and supports Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. This phone is also compatible with 23 Indian languages.
Swiggy Instamart currently operates in over 120 cities, offering rapid delivery of groceries and daily essentials. In addition to food and household items, the platform now delivers electronics, skincare, wellness products, toys, and more — all within minutes.
The move follows a growing trend among quick commerce platforms to expand their product offerings. Competitors like Zepto, Blinkit, and BigBasket have already started delivering iPhones in select cities, especially during the launch of the 16 series.
This latest tie-up with Reliance Jio further strengthens Swiggy Instamart’s presence in the fast-growing quick delivery market, while helping Jio expand its reach among digital-first users.
