Supratik Bhattacharyya joins Adventz Group of Companies as Group Chief Human Resources Officer

In this role, Supratik will lead the organisation’s human resources vision and strategy across its wide business portfolio. He will focus on talent management, organisational development, and people transformation, while fostering a culture of performance, inclusion, and innovation.

With more than 25 years of experience across India, Asia Pacific, and North America, Supratik brings extensive expertise in global HR practices and strategic leadership that connects people initiatives with business growth.

Before joining Adventz Group, Supratik served as Senior Vice President and Chief Talent Officer at RPG Group, where he played a key role in building high-performing teams and promoting a culture of excellence. His professional journey also includes leadership positions at ExxonMobil, JK Paper Ltd., and Larsen and Toubro. In addition, he founded Association Management Initiatives, an entrepreneurial venture that introduced the concept of industry and trade association management in India.

A Chemical Engineer and MBA graduate from the Maastricht School of Management in the Netherlands, Supratik has been recognised among the ‘Top 50 HR Thought Leaders of 2024 and 2025’ by a reputed business publication, and as one of the ‘24 of 2024 Human Capital Catalysts’ by the HR Association of India.

His appointment reflects Adventz Group’s commitment to strengthening its people-first approach and shaping a future-ready organisation through strong leadership, innovation, and employee engagement.
