Strata Clean Energy is pleased to announce the appointment of Alex Wilhelm as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Wilhelm has been a vital contributor to Strata’s success over the past decade and has played an instrumental role in the company’s growth strategy.
In his new role, Wilhelm will oversee all aspects of financial governance, including accounting, treasury, tax, risk management, and financial planning and analysis. He will also continue to lead Strata’s Capital Markets activities, building on his strong relationships with financial partners to support the company’s growth strategy and reinforce its leadership position in the renewable energy industry.
