Pragmatic Semiconductor has officially appointed Steve McCue as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Executive Director, effective immediately. A leader with an impressive 30-year career, McCue brings a wealth of experience in both financial strategy and operational leadership across various high-tech, electronics, pharmaceutical, and materials sectors.
McCue’s career has seen him lead finance and operations in several high-growth, large-scale businesses around the globe. Prior to his appointment, he served as CFO at Cycle Pharmaceuticals, a fast-growing Cambridge-based pharmaceutical company. His previous roles include Group CFO at Antalis, a global leader in packaging and visual communication media distribution, and holding senior finance positions at CP Kelco, an advanced manufacturing firm. McCue also spent nearly a decade in various operational and finance leadership roles at AVEX Electronics, further cementing his expertise in managing complex business operations.
