With effect from May 2025, Steadfast Group has named David Gillespie (pictured) as its new chief technology officer.
In his new role, Gillespie will be in charge of the company’s enterprise IT strategy, supervise the creation of Steadfast’s insurtech platforms, such as INSIGHT and the Steadfast Client Trading Platform, and assist with business-wide digital transformation projects.
Having held top leadership positions at TAL, Fidelity, and Allianz, Gillespie has more than 20 years of expertise in technology, digital transformation, and financial services.
Robert Kelly AM, the founder, managing director, and CEO of Steadfast, stated that Gillespie’s appointment will strengthen the company’s leadership group as it makes further investments in technology-driven expansion.
According to Gillespie, he is excited to support Steadfast’s digital innovation initiatives, which include boosting productivity, expanding business, and promoting digital transformation.
