Sprinklr, the unified customer experience management (Unified-CXM) platform for modern enterprises, has appointed Naveen Kumar Kalyankar as the Divisional Vice President for India to drive strategic growth of Sprinklr’s platform across the market.
Naveen is a seasoned business leader with over 20 years of experience in customer experience and business development in the technology sector across North America, EMEA, and Asia Pacific- including India. His expertise in managing large enterprise customers, Global System Integrators (GSIs), and Global Capability Centers(GCCs) will be instrumental in expanding the company’s regional footprint. His career journey includes key leadership positions at IBM, BMC Software, Symantec, Cisco AppDynamics, and OutSystems, among others.
