Sourav Dasgupta has been promoted to Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Allcargo. With over two decades of strategic leadership in enterprise IT, application development, and financial systems, Sourav will now lead the technology vision and digital transformation roadmap for Allcargo.
Sourav has been with Allcargo for over 7 years, most recently serving as Senior Vice President & Head of IT, where he spearheaded mission-critical IT initiatives, managed stakeholder alignment, and led large-scale system implementations. Prior to this, he held senior roles at organizations such as DXC Technology, Barclays, Aon Hewitt, and Verisk Analytics—driving innovation across IT applications, financial platforms, and enterprise operations.
With deep expertise across incident management, resource planning, digital transformation, and IT governance, Sourav brings a proven track record of delivering scalable tech solutions and building high-performing teams. His appointment marks a strong step forward in Allcargo’s journey toward tech-enabled growth and operational excellence.
