Siebert Financial Welcomes Creative Visionary Stefano Marrone as Chief Marketing Officer
Wishing Mr. Stefano Marrone greater responsibilities and exciting challenges in this impressive new chapter!
A new chapter begins at Siebert Financial as the 55-year-old financial services firm officially names Stefano Marrone as its Chief Marketing Officer. Known for blending storytelling, emerging technology, and design into emotionally resonant marketing, Marrone steps into this role following a highly successful stint as the company’s Fractional CMO.
Now, he will oversee marketing across all of Siebert’s divisions — Siebert.Valor, Siebert.SPS, and Gebbia Media — leading the charge to fulfill the brand’s mission of “Financial Freedom for Everyone.” With a visionary approach rooted in creative strategy and AI-driven innovation, Marrone will focus on building campaigns that fuse media production with financial literacy, using the tools and talent of Gebbia Media to engage, educate, and inspire.
A seasoned storyteller and strategic thinker, Marrone brings with him nearly two decades of experience in marketing leadership. Throughout his career, he’s worked with more than 100 iconic global names, including Nike, Coca-Cola, Meta, Google, Ethereum, Disney, American Express, Visa, UBS, and J.P. Morgan — consistently proving his ability to make complex topics feel human and meaningful.
Marrone’s career highlights include bold campaigns that have pushed boundaries and broken through in traditionally conservative industries. Projects like The Red Thread for UBS Asset Management and The Story of Trading for J.P. Morgan have redefined how financial brands connect with audiences. His creative vision has also shaped long-term projects like a nine-year brand journey for DeBeers’ B2B arm, innovative experiential events for Nike in Paris and China, and immersive storytelling campaigns for government-backed institutions like UKRI/Innovate UK and EDF — the latter engaging 15 million people on the complex subject of nuclear energy.
His recent work with Siebert is already transforming the brand. As Fractional CMO, he led a sweeping rebrand, developed a dynamic new website, and launched fresh, forward-thinking divisions like Siebert.Valor and Gebbia Media, successfully reaching new, diverse, and younger audiences. That impact has now earned him the full-time title.
Marrone’s journey began in Milan with B-Cube, part of the Leo Burnett group, before founding his own studio Nucco in London, which later joined production giant Unit9. He remains a partner there today.
Beyond business, Marrone shares his expertise as a lecturer at NYU, UCL, Goldsmiths, and ESCP, and mentors rising creatives via Google for Startups, while advising multiple storytelling and AI-focused companies.
