Cactus Communications has announced the appointment of Siddharth Bhatia as its Chief Growth Officer. He brings with him extensive experience in data analytics, artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions, cloud enablement, and digital transformation.
In his new role, Siddharth will lead institutional and enterprise growth across Western and EMEA markets. He will focus on strengthening long-term client partnerships, increasing CACTUS’s global presence, and driving sustainable revenue growth. His appointment highlights the company’s commitment to innovation and execution excellence as it expands further in scholarly publishing, life sciences, healthcare, and the banking, financial services, and insurance sectors.
Before joining Cactus Communications, Siddharth worked at WNS Analytics where he played a key role in scaling next-generation analytics for industries such as insurance, banking, fintech, retail, and media. Prior to that, he spent 15 years at EXL, leading analytics initiatives across the UK and Europe.
He began his career with American Express and EY, which helped him build a strong foundation in financial control and client management. Siddharth is an alumnus of Carnegie Mellon University, Tepper School of Business, and is widely recognised for his expertise in consulting-to-operate models and delivering measurable growth for FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 companies worldwide.
His leadership at Cactus Communications is expected to play a vital role in the company’s ongoing global growth journey.
