He will be at the forefront of guiding Practo’s international growth while enriching its presence in India through deeper consumer connection and profitable momentum. Tasked with crafting the company’s global strategic roadmap, Biswas will focus on scaling newer categories and intensifying customer-centric initiatives.

His past credentials paint a story of excellence. Biswas has been the Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Group Loyalty at Tata Digital, the Chief Business Officer at Rebel Foods, and led Flipkart’s marketing landscape as its CMO. His foundational years at Unilever, spanning nearly a decade, cemented his reputation for building meaningful brands and compelling consumer experiences.

Joining hands with Shashank ND, Practo’s co-founder and CEO, Biswas will help steer Practo’s broader vision of transforming healthcare through digital innovation. His presence is expected to bring a sharp edge to the company’s execution as it accelerates into its next chapter.
