SoundHound AI, Inc., a leader in voice artificial intelligence, has appointed Shawnna DelHierro as its Senior Vice President (SVP) and Chief Information Officer (CIO). With over two decades of expertise in the technology field, DelHierro joins the executive team to spearhead the company’s IT strategy, focusing on optimizing infrastructure and scaling for future growth.
Her role will encompass overseeing key functions such as IT operations, cloud engineering, cybersecurity, and compliance, as SoundHound strengthens its technological foundation. As the company pushes forward in expanding its advanced voice AI platform across various industries, DelHierro’s leadership will ensure that its infrastructure evolves in line with its ambitions.

Her extensive background includes holding CIO, CTO, and advisory roles at various notable companies, such as VSP Global, Visionworks, and Sportsman’s Warehouse. Throughout her career, she has been instrumental in modernizing IT infrastructures, improving cloud performance, and enhancing both customer and employee experiences.
