Procter & Gamble Health has announced the appointment of Shashank Srowthy as the company’s Chief Financial Officer, effective 1 October 2025. He will succeed Lokesh Chandak, who is moving to a new role as Senior Director Finance and Accounting, Feminine Care, P&G Asia, Middle East and Africa.
Srowthy brings more than 14 years of experience in finance, having held diverse roles across multiple regions during his career with P&G. Srowthy joined the company in 2011 in India and has since worked in India, Dubai, and Singapore, contributing to the growth of several P&G businesses with consistent results.
An alumnus of Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Srowthy is currently serving as Director Finance, Haircare, P&G Asia, Middle East and Africa. His leadership experience across different markets has equipped him with deep expertise in driving business growth through financial excellence.
Expressing his excitement about his new role, Srowthy said, “I am thrilled and deeply humbled to kickstart the next phase of my journey with P&G and coming back to India. This role is a phenomenal opportunity for me to work with various stakeholders towards providing superior healthcare solutions to our consumers and patients.
