With over 23 years of experience across industries such as real estate, manufacturing, EPC, and integrated facility management services, Sharad brings extensive expertise in technology-led transformation and enterprise IT strategy. His professional journey highlights a consistent focus on innovation, digital modernisation, and operational excellence, aligning closely with GenXAI’s mission to build intelligent and data-driven enterprises.

Before joining GenXAI, Sharad served as Chief Information Officer (CIO), where he led several initiatives that accelerated digital transformation and enterprise agility. His leadership has received significant recognition in the industry, including the CIO Leader of the Year (2025) award by Gain Skills (on behalf of Salesforce) and being listed among IDG’s Futuristic 100 CIOs for his forward-thinking approach to adopting emerging technologies to drive business outcomes.
