In this role, she will work closely with senior leaders across finance and corporate strategy to support organisational effectiveness, leadership capability, and talent priorities aligned with the company’s global growth and transformation.
Jenn brings strong experience in building high-performing cultures, improving employee experience, and leading enterprise HR strategy in fast-paced technology environments. Her appointment comes as ServiceNow continues to scale through innovation, platform expansion, and operational excellence, increasing the need for strong people leadership to support business outcomes.
Before joining ServiceNow, Jenn served for nearly 3 years as Vice President, Human Resources at Highspot. There, she led global HR business partnering and organisational development. She advised senior leaders, launched talent initiatives linked to business goals, supported large-scale transformation efforts, and worked across HR Centres of Excellence while acting as the “#2” to the Chief People Officer.
Earlier, Jenn was Chief People Officer at iSpot.tv. As the company’s first CPO, she led all people functions including total rewards, people operations, recruiting, DEIB, HRBP, and facilities. She built a strategic HRBP model, introduced scalable talent practices, brought recruiting in-house, and strengthened the overall people operating model.
Jenn also spent a major part of her career at SAP Concur. She served as Global Vice President, Employee Experience (People & Culture), where she created the employee experience function and led programmes covering engagement, recognition, internal communications, DEIB, wellbeing, and social impact. Her broader work at Concur included senior global HR leadership roles, HRBP strategy, talent management programmes, and support during post-acquisition integration after SAP acquired Concur.
Jenn also briefly worked as Chief People Officer at Bridge Partners Consulting, where she developed the firm’s first people strategy focused on talent development, engagement, and workforce effectiveness. Earlier in her career, she held HR leadership roles at Zetec, Inc., and began her professional journey in recruiting with staffing firms.
With this appointment, ServiceNow continues to strengthen its people strategy to support long-term growth and business transformation.
