ServiceNow Launches AI Learning Platform in India

ServiceNow has announced the launch of ServiceNow University in India, a dedicated AI learning platform aimed at training 1 million learners by 2027. The initiative was revealed at the ServiceNow AI Skills Summit in Hyderabad, which brought together students, government representatives, and industry leaders. This launch is part of the company’s global vision to upskill 3 million learners worldwide.

The platform features a structured set of courses covering both technical and human skills essential for the AI-driven economy. Key offerings include AI Foundations, which introduces machine learning, large language models, and AI ethics; Applied AI Skills, focusing on generative AI, automation, and prompt engineering; AI for Business Transformation, which integrates AI into enterprise processes; Agentic AI Applications, examining the impact of AI across industries; Data Engineering and Security, preparing learners for data and cybersecurity roles; and Human Skills for the AI Era, designed to build adaptability and problem-solving capabilities.

All courses are delivered through gamified pathways where learners earn points, badges, and certifications recognised by ServiceNow partners and employers. The program is accessible to students, working professionals, employees, and partners across India. Enrolment involves visiting the official ServiceNow University platform, creating a learner profile, selecting role-based tracks, and accessing free on-demand courses. Learners can complete assessments to secure credentials tailored to career roles such as Administrators, Developers, Implementers, SecOps, and Platform Owners.

The platform also collaborates with national and state-level skilling initiatives, partnering with organisations including AICTE, NASSCOM, Future Skills Prime, and state education councils. Key features include free access to AI and career-focused courses, personalised dashboards, and gamified progress tracking.

According to ServiceNow’s 2025 AI Skills Research, more than 10.35 million jobs in India are expected to be reshaped by Agentic AI by 2030, increasing the demand for advanced technical and human skills. Through ServiceNow University, the company aims to bridge this skills gap and equip Indian learners with the expertise required for the future of work.
