Mobi has announced the appointment of Seema Natarajan as People Director, bringing with her nearly 20 years of experience in human resources, talent management, and organisational strategy.
In this role, Seema will lead the company’s people-focused initiatives, with a strong emphasis on strategic workforce planning, culture building, and aligning HR strategies to support business growth. This appointment highlights Mobi’s commitment to building a strong leadership team that will further its mission of making financial transactions seamless, borderless, and secure for clients worldwide.
Before joining Mobi, Seema was Assistant Vice President of Human Resource at Digitide, where she played a key role in HR transformation and organisational development. She was responsible for strategic HR planning, personnel management, and aligning people practices with business goals, contributing significantly to the company’s continued growth.
Previously, Seema held senior leadership roles at Heptagon, a Quess Corp company, including Senior Manager of HR and Manager of HR. During her tenure, she successfully implemented talent acquisition strategies, employee engagement programmes, and workforce development plans, which were instrumental in scaling operations and building high-performance teams.
Seema earlier career includes over six years at Acusis as Senior Executive in Talent Acquisition, where she specialised in recruitment strategies, talent pipeline creation, and process optimisation. She also gained valuable experience in HR recruitment and personnel management through roles at Point Perfect Technology Solutions, Mazenet Solution, Cicada Technologies, and Trinity Technologies, giving her broad exposure across multiple industries and cross-functional expertise.
