Sachin brings over ten years of experience in leading transformation programs, sales development, and organizational improvement across both global and Indian companies. Before joining Schueco India, he served as Deputy General Manager Regional Head at JSW One Platforms Ltd. There, he oversaw regional operations across several states, led market expansion efforts, and built a strong sales structure that contributed to significant revenue growth.
Prior to this, he was associated with Schindler India where he took up multiple leadership positions including Assistant General Manager Branch Manager, Branch Service Manager, and National Sales Manager Digital Business. During his time there, he managed large P and L portfolios, enhanced customer experience strategies, and introduced digital transformation practices across operations.
Sachin also worked with AVEVA under Schneider Electric as Technical Sales Specialist where he successfully managed large value deals with prominent clients including SHELL, ONGC, and Damodar Valley Corporation. He contributed to advancing digital twin and industrial IoT adoption in critical infrastructure environments.
Throughout his career, Sachin has been recognized for his strategic thinking and people first approach. His expertise covers sales growth, operations, leadership development, luxury business management, and cultural transformation.
In his new role at Schueco India, Sachin will guide transformation programs that align with the company’s global standards. His focus will be on strengthening customer engagement, improving internal processes, and fostering sustainable value creation in India’s rapidly evolving architectural solutions market.
