A growing Indian advisory firm is preparing for international expansion after closing a key funding round aimed at strengthening technology and cross-border capabilities.
SBC LLP announced the successful completion of its pre Series A funding round at a valuation of ₹100 crore. The funding marks an important stage in the firm’s plans to scale its operations globally and build technology-driven advisory platforms.
The round was led by Raju Menon, Founder and Chairman of Kreston Menon Group in the UAE, and Suresh Katamreddy, Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Kastech Group in the US. The capital will be used to expand across the India–UAE–US corridor, create proprietary AI-enabled platforms, and strengthen specialised advisory services.
Founded in 2017, SBC LLP has grown to more than 270 professionals across India, the UAE, and the US. The firm serves over 350 clients, including multinational companies, private equity-backed firms, and Indian business groups. Its services cover transfer pricing, international taxation, mergers and acquisitions advisory, valuations, Global Capability Center incubation and managed services, and technology-enabled outsourcing.
Mithilesh Reddy, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of SBC LLP, said, “This investment reinforces our vision of building a globally relevant Indian advisory platform. Over the past eight years, we have developed a differentiated model that combines deep technical expertise with technology driven scalability. The partnership strengthens our ability to deliver complex cross border advisory mandates.”
Raju Menon said SBC LLP reflects global execution standards and highlighted the opportunity created by India’s expanding international footprint and regulatory depth. He added that the firm is well placed to benefit from stronger India–Middle East business flows.
The funds will be used in 3 main areas. These include building AI-enabled platforms to support a service-as-a-platform model, expanding advisory practices in cross-border transactions, ESG consulting, and Global Capability Center services, and entering high-growth markets such as Saudi Arabia, Singapore, and the UAE.
Suresh Katamreddy said rising cross-border activity is increasing demand for multi-country advisory services. He added that combining SBC LLP’s expertise with Kastech’s strengths in generative AI, machine learning, and robotic process automation will improve automation and global scalability.
SBC LLP has already invested in proprietary tools such as AI-powered transfer pricing platforms, litigation tracking systems, and automated compliance solutions. The firm has also been recognised as a Notable Transfer Pricing Firm by ITR World Tax.
