With the company gaining momentum in its expansion across Copenhagen, London and New York, this leadership move signals a fresh and visionary chapter for the beloved bakery.
Stepping into the role on May 19, Harris brings with her over 25 years of experience in marketing across retail and hospitality. Her appointment comes at a crucial time as Ole and Steen looks to deepen customer connection and amplify brand loyalty while embracing a digitally driven and sustainability-conscious approach.
Sarah’s responsibilities will encompass marketing, branding, product strategy and digital innovation across all of the brand’s global markets. Her extensive background, including nearly ten years at Starbucks EMEA where she led marketing, product, digital and sustainability initiatives in the UK, has been instrumental in reshaping customer experiences and delivering notable commercial results.
During her time at Starbucks, Harris transformed the food proposition, doubled engagement on the Starbucks Rewards app and delivered acclaimed brand campaigns focused on social impact and community.
