With over 25 years of rich, cross-industry experience, Santosh arrives with a visionary purpose—to harmonize the organization’s talent strategy with its ambitious business growth plans. His focus will be on nurturing leadership, automating HR processes, enhancing digital skills, and cultivating an inclusive, high-performance culture across the group.
Before joining SGG, Santosh played a pivotal role as a Strategic Advisor, steering transformation initiatives in infrastructure, auto ancillary, and agro-industrial sectors. His global outlook was shaped during his tenure with Aliaxis, where he contributed to policy formulation and strategic HR projects on an international scale.
Santosh’s remarkable leadership journey includes serving as CHRO at Ashirvad by Aliaxis, where he spearheaded a phenomenal expansion—growing operations from just two plants to twenty-six and positioning the company as a pan-India market leader. His innovative approach led to the creation of the Ashirvad Academy and the introduction of digital learning platforms, earning the organization prestigious Great Place to Work certifications and Golden Peacock Awards for HR Excellence.
Earlier in his career, Santosh held key HR leadership roles at Larsen & Toubro, Spicer India Ltd, and IAI Industries. He expertly managed talent development, employee engagement, industrial relations, and strategic HR initiatives on a large scale. A certified Prosci change leader, Santosh holds dual degrees in engineering and management, supplemented by advanced certifications in POSH and psychometric evaluation.
