Procter & Gamble has announced the appointment of Sanika Gokhale as its new Human Resource Leader, effective from 1 October 2025. This marks a significant milestone in her career with the company, where she has spent over seven years in leadership roles across human resources.
Sanika has played an important role in shaping P&G’s people strategy and workplace transformation. She has held positions such as Director Human Resources for ISC Talent Practice and AMA Equality and Inclusion, Director of HR Operations and India HR Digitisation, and Senior Human Resources Manager. In these roles, she strengthened the organisation’s focus on talent development, inclusion, and digital transformation within HR.
Her leadership is known for its emphasis on people development, diversity, and innovation in human resources.
Before joining P&G, Sanika worked with the Kellogg Company in India and Malaysia as an HR Specialist and Management Trainee. She contributed to culture transformation, performance and progression systems, and talent acquisition initiatives.
Earlier in her career, Sanika gained diverse experience at Mondelēz International as a summer intern, in business development and production management at Ace Productions, and through projects with Contract India, HSBC, and SBI. These roles gave her exposure across HR, corporate development, and creative industries.
Sanika holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur, where she was also actively involved with the Marketing Association at XLRI. Her strong educational background and professional journey highlight her ability to lead impactful HR strategies and people-focused initiatives.
