From March 2024 to August 2025, Dr Kothaari served as Chief Technology Officer at Speciality Restaurants Ltd., where he introduced key digital initiatives. One of his most notable achievements was the successful rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, which resulted in a 10 per cent increase in revenue and a 24 per cent improvement in customer satisfaction and engagement.
In 2024, he was recognised as a Digital Icon for his contribution to technology-led transformation. Over the years, Dr Kothaari has held senior leadership roles across multiple sectors. He served as Senior General Manager for IT at ORRA Fine Jewellery from November 2021 to January 2024, as Functional Head of IT at Prince Pipes and Fittings Ltd. from April 2019 to September 2020, as Chief Information Officer at Wonderchef Home Appliances from June 2018 to March 2019, as Chief Information Officer at Baggit India Pvt. Ltd. from October 2016 to July 2017, and as Vice President for IT at Travel Food Services Pvt. Ltd. from October 2010 to October 2016.
This diverse experience highlights his expertise in driving technology modernisation and operational improvement in different business environments.
At Shrimuktai Mart, Dr Kothaari is expected to bring strong leadership in enterprise systems, particularly in deploying and optimising Microsoft Dynamics 365. He has a proven record in improving efficiency and customer experience through smart technology integration.
