Sandhya Vinay Appointed as HR Director for India and SAARC at Veeam Software

Veeam Software has appointed Sandhya Vinay as Director of Human Resources for India and the SAARC region. Bringing 18 years of global HR experience, Sandhya is known for her strategic approach to building talent, fostering culture, and driving organisational change across industrial, digital, and innovation-focused sectors.

In her new role, Sandhya will be responsible for leading key initiatives focused on organisational design, leadership development, inclusion, and enhancing the employee experience. Her appointment reflects Veeam’s continued commitment to strengthening its talent strategy as the company accelerates its expansion in India and South Asia.

Prior to joining Veeam, she held senior HR leadership roles at global organisations including ABB, where she managed end-to-end people strategies and enabled cross-functional teams to thrive in fast-changing business landscapes. Sandhya’s experience in aligning HR frameworks with business goals makes her well suited to guide Veeam’s growth across the region.
