Samsung unveils 2025 soundbar series with AI sound optimisation and gyro sensor

Samsung has introduced its 2025 soundbar range in India on August 7, 2025, featuring the flagship HW-Q990F and the convertible HW-QS700F. The new lineup brings AI sound optimisation, dynamic bass control, active voice amplifier pro, a convertible fit design, and an integrated gyro sensor.

The updated AI Sound Engine in the 2025 models analyses content in real time and automatically adjusts audio output for an optimised listening experience. Dynamic Bass Control boosts low-frequency performance using non-linear bass management to deliver clearer sound. The Active Voice Amplifier Pro enhances dialogue by detecting ambient noise and isolating voices for improved clarity.

The soundbars are designed to integrate seamlessly with the Samsung ecosystem through Q-Symphony Pro, which combines the soundbar’s audio channels with compatible Samsung TV speakers. All models also support wireless Dolby Atmos to deliver immersive 3D audio.

Connectivity options include SmartThings, Alexa, Google Assistant, Chromecast, AirPlay, and Roon Ready. The Convertible Fit Design, equipped with a gyro sensor, automatically adjusts the sound profile based on whether the soundbar is mounted on a wall or placed on a tabletop. Each model comes with a 6.5 inch wireless subwoofer.

The 2025 Samsung soundbars are now available through Samsung, leading offline retailers, and major e-commerce platforms, with prices starting at ₹14,990 and going up to ₹92,990 for the HW-Q990F flagship model.
