Samsung Brings Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Powered Galaxy S24 to India

Samsung has launched a special version of the Galaxy S24 in India, equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. The smartphone, which was originally introduced last year, is now listed on an online marketplace and will be available from September 23 during the festive sale. The device promises enhanced AI capabilities, improved camera performance, and powerful processing, and will be offered in four colours: Onyx Black, Marble Grey, Amber Yellow, and Cobalt Violet.

The Galaxy S24 series was first released in India with the Exynos 2400 processor, while global markets received the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 version. Samsung has now decided to bring this Snapdragon variant to Indian buyers as well.

According to details on the online listing, the smartphone will be available in two configurations. The 8GB RAM with 128GB storage model is priced at Rs 74,999, while the 8GB RAM with 256GB storage model costs Rs 79,999. These prices are identical to last year’s launch prices but are up to Rs 20,000 higher than the Exynos 2400 version. For comparison, the 256GB model of the Galaxy S25 is priced at Rs 74,999. However, Samsung is expected to announce discounts ahead of the official sale.
