This appointment marks an important step in her professional journey across leading organisations. She brings a strong blend of strategy, engineering and policy expertise shaped through her work in major sectors and her academic foundation from the Indian School of Business.
Samriddhi is an alumna of the Indian School of Business where she completed her PGP from 2019 to 2020 with majors in strategy and finance along with an industry specialisation in public policy. This helped her build the ability to operate effectively across strategic planning, financial frameworks and policy aligned initiatives.
Samriddhi career spans a decade, beginning with managing large steel and oil and gas projects at MECON Limited. She later moved to KEC International where she guided strategy, transformation and M&A programs. Samriddhi experience leading complex functions and driving organisation wide change reflects her capability to navigate high impact responsibilities with clarity and precision. Her time as a member of the Future Leaders Board at a common organisation also strengthened her leadership perspective across different business environments.
In her new role at Transrail Lighting Limited, Samriddhi will lead strategic programmes, digital transformation efforts and M&A driven expansion. Her strong background in engineering, strategy development and stakeholder management positions her to contribute significantly to the company’s long term growth and modernisation plans.
