Sampada Tiwari takes on an expanded role as Vice President at NAB Innovation Centre India

In her new role, Sampada will continue driving outcomes aligned with NAB’s focus on delivering better experiences for customers and colleagues. She will also support teams in ensuring strong execution and performance across functions.

With close to 4 years at NAB, she has steadily expanded her responsibilities across operations and people leadership. Her progression includes roles as Assistant Vice President (AVP) and earlier assignments within operations, where she contributed to business priorities and team performance.

During her tenure, Sampada has been actively involved in people management and leadership-driven initiatives, alongside operational execution. Her elevation further strengthens NAB Innovation Centre India’s leadership bench as the organisation continues to build high-performing teams.

Prior to NAB, she worked with Great Learning, where she handled international business-focused engagement and consulting responsibilities. In this role, she collaborated with teams to drive performance outcomes and enhance customer experience.

Earlier in her career, Sampada gained experience at ANZ in credit and risk assessment, managing credit-worthiness evaluations, stakeholder coordination, and compliance-driven decision-making for lending proposals. She also completed an internship at Bon-Ton Optician, contributing to initiatives focused on improving customer experience, productivity, and sales enablement.

Sampada holds an MBA (PGPM’22) from the Great Lakes Institute of Management, adding a strong academic foundation to her leadership journey.
