A leadership transition signals Simpliwork’s push to deepen its digital and product strengths as it aligns technology with business goals.
In her expanded role, Samhita will oversee the full design and product function. Her responsibilities include shaping product vision, strengthening enterprise solutions platforms, and enabling scalable, secure, and future-ready operations that support business objectives.
The move reflects the company’s focus on using technology to drive operational excellence, efficiency, and innovation. Samhita will also lead efforts to embed design thinking across teams, enhance digital resilience, and deliver strong technology solutions for cross-functional needs across the enterprise.
Samhita brings over 4 years of experience at Simpliwork, with deep expertise in real estate and operational alignment. Before this elevation, she held leadership roles including Assistant Vice President – COO’s Office. Her progression positions the company to accelerate its digital journey and expand its product-led capabilities.
With Samhita’s appointment, Simpliwork aims to unify design, product strategy, and platform development under a single leadership structure. The company expects this approach to improve execution speed, strengthen enterprise platforms, and support long-term growth through technology-led operations.
