With over 20 years of rich experience in IT services and digital transformation, Saikiran is set to guide Adaps’ expanding Digital and Quality Engineering Services portfolio into a new era of innovation and excellence.
Before stepping into this new chapter, Saikiran spent a transformative decade at Cigniti Technologies, where he rose to the position of Senior Director. His tenure there was marked by the successful scaling of global delivery programs across geographies including Australia and New Zealand, South Africa, and India. His contributions spanned operational scaling, stakeholder engagement, client satisfaction, and business transformation, demonstrating a steady hand in managing complexity with clarity.
Saikiran’s earlier role at AppLabs, a company under CSC, saw him lead high-impact delivery engagements. His stewardship over cross-functional teams and deep commitment to quality assurance and regulatory alignment laid the groundwork for his delivery governance expertise. His understanding of structured enterprise models became foundational to his leadership style.
He also held key positions at DSPL, where his responsibilities included delivering support services across a wide spectrum of industries such as healthcare, real estate, CAD, and financial accounting. His early experiences in sales and client servicing sharpened his intuition for customer needs and fortified his agile operational approach.
At Adaps, Saikiran is expected to amplify delivery efficiency, nurture client-centric innovation, and shape the organisation’s future-ready service ecosystem.
