Sachin Malhotra joins Cielo Talent as Senior Vice President Global Shared Services

Marking an important step in his career that spans over two decades in human resources, leadership and digital transformation. In this role, Sachin will lead Cielo’s global shared services operations, focusing on driving operational excellence, scalability and innovation across multiple regions.

Before joining Cielo Talent, Sachin held senior leadership roles at Smiths Group plc, Aggreko, Chevron Phillips Chemical Company and LTI Mindtree. Throughout his career, he has led initiatives in global capability centre leadership, HR transformation, business optimisation and digital enablement, contributing to greater organisational agility and strategic growth.

An alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur, Sachin is known for his forward-looking approach that integrates technology with human capital. He has effectively used artificial intelligence and analytics to strengthen HR capabilities and enhance decision-making. During his tenure at Smiths India, he played a key role in shaping the company’s people strategy and advancing its global business services operations.

Sachin’s appointment at Cielo Talent reflects the organisation’s continued commitment to innovation, collaboration and operational excellence. Outside of work, he is passionate about sustainability and enjoys playing pickleball, believing in the importance of balance and well-being in both personal and professional life.
