Ms. Anand will lead one of the company’s most strategic regions at a time when hiring models, skills demand, and AI-led workforce transformation are evolving rapidly.
In her new role, Anand will oversee LinkedIn’s Talent Solutions strategy, growth priorities, and customer impact across Asia Pacific. Her focus will include advancing skills-based hiring, enabling data-led recruitment transformation, and supporting workforce agility for enterprises across diverse regional markets. She succeeds Feon Ang, who led the APAC Talent Solutions business through a phase of disciplined growth and operational strength.
Anand brings more than 13 years of experience at LinkedIn, with leadership roles spanning Talent Solutions, Learning, Engagement Solutions, and Sales Solutions. Most recently, she served as Senior Director – Talent, Learning and Engagement Solutions, India. In this role, she held full P&L responsibility and led go-to-market strategy, growth initiatives, and market expansion.
Earlier, she was Director – Talent and Learning Solutions, where she scaled the India business with P&L ownership and oversight of GTM strategy and high-performing sales teams. She also headed LinkedIn’s Search and Staffing business and held leadership roles including Head of Talent Solutions and Learning Solutions, as well as Regional Sales Manager. Across these roles, she consistently drove enterprise-level talent transformation at scale.
Before joining LinkedIn, Anand held senior roles at Naukri.com as Vice President – Sales. She also worked with AuthBridge Research Services and GTL Limited, building strong experience in enterprise sales, recruitment solutions, and digital workforce platforms.
Anand holds an MBA in Marketing from the Department of Management Sciences (PUMBA), Savitribai Phule Pune University.
Her appointment strengthens LinkedIn’s leadership bench in Asia Pacific as enterprises across the region adapt to new hiring demands, skills shifts, and technology-driven workforce change.
