Royal BAM Group Appoints Henri de Pater as it’s New CFO

Wishing Mr. Henri de Pater greater responsibilities and exciting challenges in this impressive new chapter!

From the heart of Bunnik in the Netherlands, Royal BAM Group has embraced a new chapter of leadership and financial confidence as it shared the results of its Annual General Meeting, held earlier today. In a meeting that echoed with forward-looking ambition, shareholders gave their nod to all proposed resolutions.

Among the most noteworthy decisions was the formal appointment of Henri de Pater as the new Chief Financial Officer. De Pater steps into this vital role on the Executive Board with four years ahead of him, bringing with him nearly three decades of deep-rooted experience within BAM. Since joining the company in 1996, he has worn many hats, his most recent being Executive Director of Finance for the UK and Ireland division. His steady rise and financial insight now see him take the mantle of CFO, in a moment marked by both trust and transformation.

His nomination was first introduced by the Supervisory Board in late October 2024. Today, that recommendation turned into reality, as shareholders placed their confidence in his leadership.

Alongside this strategic appointment, the AGM also approved the adoption of Bam’s 2024 financial statements. A cash dividend of €0.25 per ordinary share was also greenlit and will be paid out on 6 June 2025. Important dates for shareholders include the ex-dividend date on 12 May 2025 and the record date on 13 May 2025.

Another resolution embraced by shareholders was the selection of KPMG Accountants to serve as BAM’s official external auditor for the financial years spanning 2026 to 2028. This marks a continued commitment to robust transparency and governance.

As Royal BAM Group sets its sights on sustainable growth and operational excellence, this AGM marks a moment of renewal, grounded in leadership strength and collective vision.
