Rova Partners and DCT Launch RovaLink to Help U.S. Firms Scale via India-Based GCCs

Rova Partners LLC, a finance and operations advisory firm focused on supporting high-growth companies, has partnered with Digital Convergence Technologies (DCT), a digital transformation and global operations solutions provider, to launch RovaLink. Rohan Prajapati, known for his experience in building and leading global teams, has been named Chief Executive Officer of RovaLink.

RovaLink is a new-age platform created to help businesses in the United States scale more effectively by building India-based teams, setting up global delivery operations, and integrating tech-driven solutions for complete operational transformation. By combining Rova’s deep knowledge in finance, operations, and technology with DCT’s expertise in establishing Global Capability Centers, the platform aims to create long-lasting impact through efficient and scalable systems.

Businesses in the United States are facing challenges in finding and retaining skilled professionals. The hiring process has become slower, costlier, and more complex, with today’s workforce prioritising flexibility, culture, and growth opportunities just as much as compensation. With AI and automation evolving rapidly, many organisations are rethinking their growth strategies and shifting to hybrid models that blend global talent with technology-enabled infrastructure.

At the same time, India’s Global Capability Centers have become strategic business units rather than just support hubs. As highlighted in a recent industry report, India hosts over 1,900 GCCs today, a number expected to rise to more than 2,400 by 2030. This growth is supported by over 2.5 million skilled professionals, as more companies look to embed critical finance and operations functions within these centres.

Rohan Prajapati, President of Rova Partners and CEO of RovaLink, stated, “With RovaLink, we are bringing the Global Capability Center model to U.S. companies through a client-led and integration-focused approach. As seen with recent moves by firms like Costco, more U.S. businesses are recognising the value of establishing their own infrastructure in India. They do not look at this as outsourced operations, but as seamless extensions of their core business. RovaLink is purpose-built to support this shift, leveraging India’s deep talent ecosystem and robust tech infrastructure to give companies the control, efficiency, and long-term resilience they need to scale with confidence.”

Vineet Dhawan, CEO of DCT, added, “The financial world needs a global operating model that is smarter, more integrated, and built for long-term value creation. With regulatory complexity, cost pressures, and competition intensifying, firms are rethinking how and where they build.”

Anis Nathani, Chief Operating Officer at DCT, said, “Meanwhile, India continues to play a central role in building global delivery infrastructure for complex, high-compliance industries. RovaLink can help them scale with precision by delivering high-performance teams that integrate seamlessly, uphold the highest standards in quality and security, and focus on long-term talent development over short-term fixes.”

RovaLink has been created to support a clear shift in how companies think about scaling and structuring their operations. As the global talent market tightens and digital transformation continues, firms are searching for solutions that combine resilience, compliance, and long-term efficiency. RovaLink addresses this need by offering a unified model that brings together specialised teams in India with integrated technology systems, supporting a wide range of organisations undergoing operational transformation.
