Rohit Sathe Appointed as Corporate Vice President – HR at WNS Global Services

Wishing Mr. Rohit Sathe greater responsibilities and exciting challenges in this impressive new chapter!

Rohit Sathe has been appointed as Corporate Vice President of Human Resources at WNS Global Services, marking his return to the organisation after a successful leadership journey at CEAT Limited. In his new role, Rohit will lead enterprise-wide HR strategy, talent transformation and employee experience across WNS’s global operations.

Before rejoining WNS, Rohit served as General Manager of Human Resources at CEAT Limited for nearly six years. During this time, he played a key role in driving HR innovation, people development and workforce optimisation across both manufacturing and corporate divisions. His efforts were recognised for fostering high-performance work cultures and aligning people strategies with business objectives.

Rohit is not new to WNS. He previously spent close to eight years with the company, holding several senior HR roles including General Manager of HR and Senior Group Manager of HR. During his earlier stint, he contributed significantly to talent acquisition, employee engagement and leadership development.

His earlier career includes HR positions at Steria India and a pharmaceutical company, where he built a strong foundation in talent management, HR operations and business partnering.
