Rohit Santhosh Appointed as Chief Executive Officer at Bombay Realty

Bombay Dyeing & Manufacturing Company has announced the appointment of Rohit Santhosh as Chief Executive Officer of Bombay Realty, effective September 18. The appointment is part of the company’s senior management restructuring.

Santhosh brings over 17 years of experience in the real estate sector, having worked across residential, commercial, industrial, and renewable projects. He is a graduate of NIT Allahabad and an alumnus of the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.

Before joining Bombay Realty, he held senior leadership roles at leading real estate firms including CapitaLand, Godrej Properties, Lodha Group, and Shapoorji Pallonji. In these roles, he was responsible for successfully managing large-scale projects across multiple verticals.

At Bombay Realty, Santhosh will be responsible for driving the company’s vision for growth and innovation. His role will focus on steering strategic direction, improving operational efficiency, expanding project development, and ensuring sustainable and high-quality delivery across all verticals.

The company believes that Santhosh’s strong technical expertise combined with strategic leadership will help accelerate its next phase of growth and reinforce its position in the real estate market.
