VerSe Innovation, the company behind Dailyhunt and Josh, has appointed Rohit Sandal as its new Chief Human Resources Officer. In his role, Rohit will lead the company’s people strategy, focusing on talent transformation, leadership development, and culture building to support VerSe Innovation’s growth and global expansion.
Rohit brings over twenty-five years of experience in human resources and organizational leadership. He has deep expertise in HR transformation, digital culture, and global talent strategy across technology and consumer-focused companies.
Before joining VerSe Innovation, Rohit spent five years at a leading software company, where he was Vice President of Human Resources. He led HR strategy, talent development, and organizational effectiveness during a period of rapid growth and international expansion. He also served as Senior Director of HR, building people capabilities to support the company’s scale-up journey.
Earlier, Rohit served as Director and Chief HR Officer at a major technology company in India, managing HR for the country operations and acting as HR Partner for the APAC COO organization. During his tenure, he strengthened the employer brand, advanced leadership programs, and fostered a culture of innovation and agility.
Rohit also spent over ten years at a global technology firm, holding leadership roles in HR and Compensation and Benefits. He focused on rewards strategy, performance culture, and organizational efficiency across India and the APJ region. He began his career with a global consulting firm as a Consultant and Senior Consultant and later worked at a technology company as Compensation and Benefits Manager, gaining extensive experience in talent analytics, compensation design, and workforce planning.
Rohit holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, Pune. He is widely recognised for his strategic HR thinking and ability to align people initiatives with business growth.
