Based out of Accenture’s Hyderabad office, Rohit will focus on driving operational excellence and supporting client outcomes across consulting, technology, and digital transformation services.
Before joining Accenture, Rohit spent over 13 years at TalentSprint, where he held several senior leadership roles across delivery and operations. Most recently, he served as Chief Delivery Officer. His earlier roles included Vice President Operations, Senior Director, Director, and Manager, where he played a key role in scaling the business and strengthening cross functional execution.
Rohit’s journey at TalentSprint began in academic roles as an Instructor and later Senior Instructor. During this phase, he developed training content and programs in Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning Ability. He was involved in launching one of the early e learning programs for competitive exams in collaboration with a telecom operator and helped design scalable academic operations across multiple cities.
Over the years, Rohit led several innovative training initiatives, established strong operational frameworks, and built high impact teams. His progression from a training role to executive leadership highlights his strategic thinking, domain expertise, and ability to deliver outcomes at scale.
