RGP® (Nasdaq: RGP), a global professional services firm, has appointed Jennifer Jones as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), effective immediately.
Jennifer joined RGP in July 2019 following the acquisition of Veracity Consulting Group, LLC, where she was Managing Director of User Experience and Design. Since 2023, she has led Veracity’s human-centered design, marketing, and consulting sales as Senior Vice President of Brand, Marketing, and Sales.
As CMO, Jennifer will direct all strategic marketing efforts and report to RGP CEO Kate Duchene, focusing on aligning brand strategy with the company’s market vision and enhancing brand storytelling.
“The consulting industry has undergone massive disruption, and this is the right time to bring someone into this role to help set our brand apart,” said Kate Duchene, CEO of RGP. “Jen has been a driving force behind our storytelling and brand evolution efforts and has played a key role in our digital and sales strategies. Her rare mix of marketing, sales, and go-to-market expertise will be instrumental in bringing our brand vision to life, and we’re eager to build on the momentum we’re already seeing.”
“I’ve had the privilege of driving transformative change for Fortune 500 companies throughout my career, and I look forward to bringing focus to RGP’s brand strategy during such an exciting time,” said Jennifer Jones, CMO of RGP. “We have an incredible opportunity to bring RGP’s flexible engagement models and market differentiation to life in a way that creates broader recognition in the dynamic professional services marketplace.”
