Retail Insight appoints Fredrik Palm as Chief Technology Officer

Retail Insight has announced the appointment of Fredrik Palm as Chief Technology Officer, He says: “I’m excited to join Retail Insight as CTO at such a pivotal time for the business, where I look forward to helping accelerate our technology strategy and empowering our teams to deliver even greater value to our customers. It’s a privilege to join a company that’s using data and technology to drive real impact in retail, and I’m eager to play a part in its continued growth and success.”

Palm most recently headed a multi-national team as CTO at Infare Solutions, where he oversaw a transition to cloud-first architecture and delivered more than 200 important initiatives. Under his direction, the company improved its key technological capabilities, expedited product delivery, and enhanced transaction processing efficiency by 58%.

He has previously held top positions at Qlik, where he was instrumental in the creation of Big Data and SaaS platforms.
