In a move aimed at sharpening brand leadership for one of India’s marquee destinations, a senior marketing professional has taken charge of a critical mandate at a flagship development.
In her new role, Kundnani will lead the overall marketing strategy, brand positioning, corporate communications, and customer experience initiatives for Jio World Centre, one of India’s most prominent mixed-use lifestyle and business destinations.
Her responsibilities include reinforcing the destination’s premium positioning and shaping integrated marketing and engagement strategies aligned with its evolving business and experiential offerings. As Jio World Centre continues to expand across retail, events, hospitality, and commercial spaces, Kundnani will play a key role in strengthening brand equity and driving deeper consumer and stakeholder engagement.
Kundnani brings over 20 years of leadership experience across real estate, luxury residential sales, branding, and digital transformation. She is known for aligning marketing strategy with commercial outcomes across large-scale developments and complex asset portfolios.
Before joining Reliance Industries Limited, Kundnani held senior leadership roles at Brookfield Properties, where she worked on marketing and brand initiatives for marquee real estate assets. Prior to that, she spent over a decade at Oberoi Realty, building expertise in marketing communications and commercial strategy for high-profile residential and mixed-use projects.
Her career has been shaped by a strong focus on brand building, strategic communications, and market expansion across premium real estate portfolios. The appointment reflects a continued emphasis on elevating Jio World Centre’s position as a flagship lifestyle and business hub in India.
