Following its recent launch, the Redmi Note 15 SE 5G is now available for purchase in India, the company announced on Tuesday. The smartphone arrives as a special edition of the Note 15 5G and is offered in multiple storage options and colour variants.
The device starts at Rs 24,999 for the 6GB + 128GB variant, while the 8GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB models are priced at Rs 25,999 and Rs 27,999. As part of launch offers, it is currently available at Rs 19,999, Rs 21,999, and Rs 23,999, respectively. Buyers can also avail an instant discount of Rs 2,000 using ICICI Bank cards, along with up to 6 months of EMI options. The phone is on sale via Flipkart and the Xiaomi online store. It comes in Carbon Black, Crimson Reserve (Red), and Frosted White, with the Crimson Reserve variant featuring a vegan leather finish and a 7.82mm slim design.
The Redmi Note 15 SE 5G runs on HyperOS 2 based on Android 15 and supports dual SIM functionality. It features a 6.77-inch curved AMOLED display with 1,080×2,392 resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, and up to 3,200 nits peak brightness. The display also supports the DCI-P3 colour gamut.
The handset is powered by a 4nm Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 processor with a peak clock speed of 2.4GHz, paired with an Adreno GPU. It offers up to 8GB LPDDR4x RAM and up to 256GB UFS 2.2 storage, expandable up to 1TB via a microSD card. It is rated IP65 + IP66 for dust and water resistance.
In terms of cameras, the phone includes a dual rear setup with a 50MP main sensor and a 2MP depth sensor. For selfies and video calls, it features a 20MP front camera. The device supports video recording up to 4K at 30fps.
The smartphone is backed by a 5,800mAh battery with 45W wired fast charging. It also includes an in-display fingerprint scanner and AI Face Unlock. The device measures 164×75.42×7.35mm and weighs around 178g.
