Realme is preparing to expand its tablet lineup in India with the launch of the Realme Pad 3 5G, alongside its upcoming Realme 16 Pro series.
The company has confirmed that the Realme Pad 3 5G will launch in India on January 6, 2026, at 12 pm local time. A dedicated microsite for the smartphone series has been updated to include the tablet, and the device is now listed on the official Realme India online store. The listing confirms its availability and highlights several key specifications.
The Realme Pad 3 5G will come with a 12,200mAh Titan Battery, which is a major upgrade over its predecessor. The tablet will feature a Book-View Display with relatively thin bezels and a sharper 2.8K resolution. Realme has also confirmed stylus support and the inclusion of its Next AI for Pad tools.
In terms of design, the tablet is shown with a dual rear camera setup paired with an LED flash, placed inside a square shaped camera module. The Realme branding sits at the centre of the back panel. The device will be offered in at least black and gold colour options. More details are expected to be shared soon.
The Realme Pad 3 5G will succeed the Realme Pad 2, which was launched in India in July 2023. The earlier model featured an 11.5 inch 2K display with up to 120Hz refresh rate, 450 nits peak brightness, and an 85.2 percent screen to body ratio. It was powered by a MediaTek Helio G99 chipset, paired with up to 8GB RAM and 256GB storage, and packed an 8,360mAh battery with 33W fast charging.
In a post on X, tipster Mukul Sharma shared screenshots of the alleged marketing page of the Realme Pad 3 5G. The tablet is said to be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Max chipset and could run on Android 16 based Realme UI 7.0. It is tipped to be 6.6mm thick and may offer a 120Hz refresh rate, 296 ppi pixel density, and support for 1.07 billion colours. However, the publication noted that these details could not be independently verified.
