Ravi Makwana joins Vadilal Industries Limited as Chief Marketing Officer

Ravi Makwana with wide experience across consumer businesses has stepped into a key role at Vadilal Industries Limited. He will drive brand strategy, category growth, and integrated marketing initiatives across the company’s portfolio.

In this role, Ravi will focus on strengthening market presence through data led and consumer centric approaches. His appointment supports the company’s efforts to build stronger brands and deliver sustained growth across categories.

Before joining Vadilal Industries Limited, Ravi Makwana served as Category Head at Zydus Wellness. Earlier, he was Chief Marketing Officer at Tim Hortons India, where he was part of the seed team responsible for launching the brand in the Indian market.

Ravi’s professional journey also includes several leadership roles at Tata Consumer Products. During this phase, he managed key brands, including Tata Salt, and handled strategic marketing responsibilities. He also spent a significant part of his career at Asian Paints, where he worked across brand management and sales leadership functions.

This diverse experience has given him end to end exposure across FMCG, QSR, and consumer durables, enabling a strong understanding of brand building, consumer insights, and market execution.
