RASI SEEDS welcomes Nanda Kishore VJ as Chief Human Resources Officer

Nanda Kishore appointment marks a new phase in the company’s focus on strengthening its people strategy and advancing HR excellence across its agri business operations.

Nanda Kishore brings strong experience in talent development, building organizational capability, and leading workforce transformation. Before joining RASI SEEDS, he held senior HR leadership roles at Mahindra Agri Solutions Limited, Mahindra and Mahindra Limited Farm Equipment Sector, and the Mahindra Agri Sector. His work across these organisations helped shape large scale people initiatives and long term capability building.

Over a career spanning more than two decades, he has also worked with leading companies such as Monsanto Company, UltraTech Cement under the Aditya Birla Group, Aegis Limited, Bharti Airtel Limited, and Asian Paints. His wide industry exposure across agriculture, manufacturing, telecom, and services gives him a strong base to drive strategic HR programs with a future ready outlook.

At RASI SEEDS, his role will focus on strengthening the talent ecosystem, enhancing workplace culture, and supporting sustainable business growth through strong people practices. His appointment highlights the company’s commitment to building a resilient and scalable human resource framework as it continues to grow within the agri business sector.
