Randstad names Sukeshini Horannavar as Vice President and Data Protection Officer

Randstad has announced the appointment of Sukeshini Horannavar as its new Vice President and Data Protection Officer (DPO), marking a key move to strengthen its data privacy and governance framework.

In her new role, Sukeshini will be responsible for leading the company’s data privacy strategy. Her mandate includes enhancing GDPR compliance and overseeing enterprise-wide data protection governance across the organization.

Sukeshini brings close to 2 decades of extensive experience in data privacy and regulatory compliance. She has built a strong track record of designing and managing large-scale data protection programs for global organizations.

Before joining Randstad, she held senior roles at ITC Infotech, Genpact, and Infosys. She also spent over 15 years at Tata Consultancy Services, where she played a critical role in building and leading comprehensive data privacy initiatives across multiple geographies.

Her appointment reflects Randstad’s continued focus on strengthening data protection practices in an increasingly complex regulatory environment. With her deep expertise and global experience, Sukeshini is expected to play a pivotal role in reinforcing the organization’s commitment to data privacy and compliance.
