Kotak Mahindra Bank has announced the appointment of Ramitha Binumohan as Vice President. In her new role, she will lead important initiatives across investments, third party products (TPP), digital lending, insurtech, and video banking. Her focus will be on enhancing customer experience, strengthening partner relationships, and streamlining operations within the bank’s growing digital ecosystem.
Before this, Ramitha was Customer Experience Lead at Kotak Cherry, where she worked on improving client satisfaction and building fintech partnerships. She also served as AVP Customer Experience at SaaSPay, where she contributed to the development of a Buy Now Pay Later solution designed for SaaS purchases.
Ramitha professional journey includes a tenure at Groww as Senior Manager Customer Success, where she managed call centre operations, resolved SEBI complaints for HNI clients, and coordinated with AMCs to maintain service standards. Her leadership helped build service capabilities across investment and credit verticals.
Ramitha spent nearly seven years at Coverfox Insurance as AVP Customer Service and Operations. There, she was responsible for end to end post sales processes, PAN India claims, and insurer partnerships. She began her career with Tata AIA Life Insurance, dedicating almost a decade to corporate operations and customer service.
With a career spanning more than twenty years across Kotak Mahindra Bank, Kotak Cherry, SaaSPay, Groww, Coverfox Insurance, and Tata AIA Life Insurance, Ramitha brings deep expertise in customer experience, operations, fintech, and insurtech.
