Ramesh Kunnath joins Crowe as Chief Operating Officer

Bringing nearly 30 years of leadership experience across strategy, operations, transformation, and global delivery excellence.

In his new role, he will oversee the firm’s US-India operations, focusing on strengthening business capabilities, driving strategic growth, and improving operational efficiency across service lines.

Before joining Crowe, Ramesh served as Operations Leader and Deputy COO at PwC Acceleration Centers in India, where he played a key role in scaling operations and implementing the firm’s global growth strategy. He previously held leadership roles at RSM US LLP, where he led the establishment of the firm’s offshoring business in India, integrating people, processes, and technology to achieve transformation and efficiency.

Earlier in his career, Ramesh spent 17 years with Deloitte US-India offices as Vice President – Tax Transformation. In that role, he managed operations for more than 9,000 professionals and led automation initiatives to enhance efficiency. His professional journey began at GE Capital and Vedanta Limited (Sterlite Copper), where he built a strong foundation in finance and operations.

An alumnus of the Indian School of Business (ISB) and Columbia Business School, Ramesh holds certifications in PMP®, PSM, and Six Sigma Black Belt.

Ramesh’s appointment reflects Crowe’s commitment to building a globally integrated, innovation-driven organisation focused on operational excellence, collaboration, and sustainable growth.
