Ram Prasad joins Brilyant as Chief Human Resources Officer

Ram will focus on transforming HR into a strategic growth enabler for the organisation. His role includes enhancing employee experience, building inclusive and high performance workplace cultures, and aligning people initiatives closely with business outcomes. The appointment underlines Brilyant’s emphasis on strengthening its people strategy as a key pillar of long term organisational success.

Ram brings over 30 years of leadership experience across global organisations and global capability centres. He has previously held senior HR leadership roles at Carelon Global Solutions, Deloitte, Cisco Systems, Wipro Technologies, and Aircel, which was part of Maxis Telecom. Across these roles, he has led large scale HR transformation programmes covering workforce planning, global talent acquisition, leadership development, and culture integration across multiple geographies.

In addition to his corporate leadership experience, Ram is actively engaged with academia. He serves as an Adjunct and Visiting Faculty and has also worked as a fractional HR leader and strategic advisor to organisations. His professional journey reflects a strong mix of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and a consistent focus on building people first organisations at scale.

With this appointment, Brilyant aims to further strengthen its leadership team and drive sustained growth through a robust and future focused human resources strategy.
